"This case is exceptional and this company takes the extra step to guarantee customer satisfaction. I purchased this after getting an iPhone wet in the rain and having to buy a new one. I wanted a truly waterproof case for the replacement. This is a well made case that is easy to use and that comes with excellent instructions, especially if you go to their website and watch their installation video. I had one problem initially, which was that the silence switch was not making contact with the switch on this case. After multiple tries to get it installed in the case properly, I contacted their tech support and told them the problem. They took me through a few steps and it seemed that the case I had received might have been defective, so they went and sent me a second one, no charge. The second one arrived in a couple days, I installed my phone in it and it works perfectly. Yesterday I went paddle-boarding and I took the phone with me and half way through my paddle I slipped and fell in the river and I was completely submerged for several minutes. When all was said and done the phone made it through without a hitch. I've since taken the case apart and there isn't a drop of water on the inside. I'm impressed!"

Having come from an Otterbox case with my previous phone, and liking that product, this one kicks it up a few notches with its design, interface, and durability. The best innovation is that I am now able to use the "fingerprint" unlock feature that makes the 5s unique... Other great improvements include the charging port, and headphone port, which are now easy to operate rubber plugs (as opposed to a screw plug and a latch)...
