Almost twenty percent indicated that they look or posted on social media while driving, and almost forty percent said they used e-mail because they felt they would miss something important. This survey is disturbing as approximately twenty five percent of the traumatic accidents involve distracted drivers, and other surveys indicate teenagers are more likely to be killed while distracted driving as opposed to drunk driving.
